FreshHouse
(Marion Courthouse)

A city’s courthouse is a very notable space in any location. The courthouse in Marion Indiana has potential to activate a lively downtown yet lacks night life activity, definition of space, plant life, cohesion of historical value, and general activity throughout the space. Re-imagining how to bring liveliness to the downtown square, my concept was to design the courthouse yard to act as a gathering space for the community of Marion.
